Built-in Dishwashers, particularly those with “tall tub’” along with freestanding stoves are designed to fit a 36” counter height (base cabinets 34-3/4”) with a depth of 24”. 32” counter height cabinets with a 20”-21” depth, largely discontinued, were/are primarily used for bathroom vanities. So, NO, the dishwasher will not fit under a 32’ counter.
