“Hello, we bought a Bosch 100 series dishwasher and had it installed. Our problem is we can't choose the cycle we want -it won't move from autowash. Nothing else lights up. Thanks”

My suggestion is to call the Tech Line. We called the tech line & changed the setting for ours to dry more & it still does NOT dry as I think it should! I still have to towel dry cup bottoms, some silverware & plastic's. It's never a good morning when I open the dishwasher and the door is wet from it being ran the day before! Sooo Very Disappointed!

With the dishwasher on, press and hold Start button for approximately 3 seconds or until the display reads 0:01. 2. Wait about 1 minute while the dishwasher drains. Or until the display reads 0:00. 3. Turn the dishwasher off, then turn it back on again at the power button. 4. The dishwasher has been reset.

Please try again later.I have the same problem, but it’s not really a problem you just have to get used to it, push off, open the door, close the door, push on , the numbers light up then look for the arrows, push one and if that doesn’t work, open door again and push on button again then the arrow again, keep trying that and you’ll finally get it, this is the second Bosch 100 I bought in the last few years since I sold my old condo and bought a bigger one, once you get it , all will be well, great dishwasher and the value is well worth it, keep trying, you’ll get it, Mike
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may be thrown by the all black buttons, or the on/off button. First, make sure that you have turned the machine off after a cycle is completed. When you are ready to operate it, turn it on. There is a black button to the right of your power choices that acts as an arrow button. When you hit it, a different choice should light up. Keep hitting it until it gets to your choice.
