• I don't honestly know. Connecting to wifi was one of the many functioins I couldn't figure out how to do.

• Hi SBD, and thanks for your question. You can access basic wash cycles such as Normal, Auto, Heavy, and Speed60 directly from the control panel of the SHE4AEM5N, and additional cycles and options through the Home Connect app.
