• Yes, you have to pay extra but you can request for someone to install any appliance from Best Buy.

• If you order delivery/installation, there will be someone (or possible crew of 2) to set up on your delivery date. Free delivery is strictly drop off. Also keep in mind the installation is geared for a pre-existing dishwasher situation. (which we did not have, so had to get kitchen plumbing changed first)
