They recommend using a product called Finish, which actually coats your dishwater with wax to enhance drying. We don't use Finish because we have no desire to ingest wax every time we eat. Our dishes and silverware come out fairly dry, but anything plastic will be wet.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The drying system comes from the heated walls. There is no heating element in them. That is why it takes 2 hours to cycle. It takes getting use to as some dishes come out with water on them.
