No need to preclean or soak. Great dishwasher! 3rd rack very useful

We advise scraping your plates before placing them in the dishwasher. Also the Heavy cycle is best for cleaning items with baked-on food or grease. These dishes would normally require soaking or hand scouring. You can also use the Rinse Cycle if you need to pre-rinse dishes to avoid odors. Place unrinsed dishes inside the dishwasher and select the Rinse cycle. Uses less water than hand rinsing and very low energy. You can then select your cycle and option.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope. No need to rinse, unless you have giant chunks of food. The machine actually prefers you don't rinse. It will sense how dirty dishes are and run based off of that. If you rinse dishes you are wasting the true power of the dishwasher.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will but from day one the machine smells rotten and there seems to be no way of fixing it
