I set them on top of the vertical posts on the top tray and let them lean to one side. That way they drain and don't retain a "puddle" of water on the bottom. Come out clean and spotless. I recommend using the rinse additive, as the plumber who installed ours said it made a world of difference when he started using it, so we do, and it does.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I load my glasses in the middle rack along each side. I have no problem with shifting. I use 12oz tumblers, jelly glasses and the like. If you are using wide mouth goblets it might be different.
