Hi Mike, thanks for your question and interest in Bosch wall ovens. According to the Use and Care manuals, both the 800 Series model # HBL8454UC and the Benchmark model HBLP454UC have a vent at the bottom of the door. This information can typically be found on page 11, or under the section titled " Familiarizing yourself with your appliance."
