“According to the Best Buy "compare product specification" the Bosch 500 dryer exhaust vent location is back of the dryer and the Bosch 300 and 800 exhaust vent location is ventless. Is this correct? Also is the Laundy Dryer Vent Kit necessary?”

• We bought a 500 series Bosch dryer. It is ventless and you do not need a vent kit. You need a stacking kit if you plan on stacking the washer and dryer. We are very happy with our purchase. Essentially it extracts the moisture from the circulating air and pumps the water through a small drain tube into the wall drain for the washer.
