The BestBuy delivery person will typically have both 3 prong ad 4 prong cables in the delivery truck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem too. My old dryer had the small old 3-prong plug. If You have this problem then you need to replace wall socket and you will need an electrician for this. If you have the new large 3-prong wall socket then make sure you ask BestBuy to bring the 3-prong cord with them when they deliver the dryer. They can replace the dryer cord from the back of the machine (will not replace the wall socket)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the person who delivers and installs your dryer is able to replace the cord. You will need a grounding wire which i purchased on Amazon since local hardware stores did not sell what I needed in a small quantity.
