“What is the max temp setting on the convection oven feature of the Bosch series 800 over range convection microwave?”

• For the convection cooking mode it says 450° on the display, but when I put an oven thermometer inside to test the true temperature for unit, it never actually reached 450°. The highest it would reach is 325°.
