The back wall is stainless steel, as is the Flex Bar. The four shelves (each are half the width of the refrigerator) are independently adjustable for height, but they do not have a split/slider feature to create room for taller items. The Flex Bar, like the shelves, can be placed at different height locations within the refrigerator.

Please try again later.Yes it has a slider...actually two little slider shelves in the back plus a little rack to hold one bottle of wine or water... it's exactly I just seen the pictures of the unit on the internet ....I've had it for about a month-and-a-half now.... I'm really enjoying it it's very easy to clean on the outside and because It doesn't have handles I think it's easier to keep clean... water is always nice and cold and you can determine what temperature water comes out...I like everything about it... easy to use I just have to figure out how use Wi-Fi but I don't really think I need to anyway.
