A:Answer No. But all you would have to do is not hook up your water line. Then neither the water dispenseer or ice maker will work. Howevr, one good thing about this model (depending on your perspective): Most water dispenser/ice maker issues are because both are located in same place (fridge section). If you aren't stuck on the convenience of single-location for water and ice, separating the two gets rid of most of the problems associated with a single dispenser. The Bosch design has a water dispenser in the fridge, but ice making is done only in the freezer, which will eliminate the more common problems of the dual dispenser. Bosch also does a great job making ice, with a large ice bin.
