HI wnchicago. Thank you for your question. For Model:B36CT80SNS there is a Self-Test that you can conduct. If this does not rectify the problem, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at 1-800-944-2904. Appliance self-test: Your appliance features a self-test program which displays the fault your customer service can rectify. 1.Switch off the appliance and wait 5 minutes. 2.Switch the appliance on again. 3.Within the first 2 minutes press and hold menu button for 10 seconds until an audible signal sounds. The self-test program starts. While the self-test is running, a long audible signal sounds in the meantime. ■ If 2 audible signals sound after the end of the self-test and the set temperature is displayed, your appliance is OK. ■ If 5 audible signals sound after the end of the self-test and the settings display shows Er, contact customer service. When the program has ended, the appliance switches to normal operation.
