“I bought this fridge and within 2 weeks, now have 3 dents on the bottom freezer door. I have had stainless steel dishwashers for several years without a scratch. Anyone else find that this fridge is easily damaged?”

We bought about a month ago and have a small dent on door. It does dent easily I’m assuming. I have a Bosch dishwasher that I’ve have had for years doesn’t have any dents or scratches. I’d be interested if you get any help from Best Buy- we’ve spent 3 hours on hold waiting to get anything done.

I really have no idea where it came from. This, coupled with the weird high-pitched noise it makes when it runs, makes me regret this purchase.

At first I blamed us and wondered what we did, but as it continued we realized it wasn't us, they just kept appearing. Like others who responded to this question, we too are very careful. I don't believe it's anything we caused. I first I was annoyed but now I'm perplexed and getting more angry every time a new dent appears. Trying to get through to Cust Serv is ridiculous.

Please try again later.I have several dents in my year old Bosch refrigerator along with what looks like chrome peeling off in several different places on the side-by-side doors. It’s awful looking. So very disappointed in the quality of this Bosch refrigerator. Have had several Bosch products without incident, however this is our 1st refrigerator. Would never recommend Bosch refrigerators.

Please try again later.Within two weeks of getting new fridge and dishwasher ($$$$), both had many fine scratches from regular cleaning with a stainless cleaner and paper towel. I called customer service and they said, "sorry, if it wasn't delivered that way, there is nothing we can do." There IS something they can do! They can send someone out to fix the scratches. They can change their stainless so this doesn't happen. I had a Bosch stainless dishwasher for MANY years and it had no scratches. The new stainless they are using is terrible. I will not buy Bosch again. See picture below- tough to show with the glare, but these cover both appliances.

Sadly, it is our most regrettable purchase in our kitchen remodel. Within first week dent #1 appeared. Now there are 6 small dents in places that leave us scratching our heads. The durability of the “stainless” is equivalent to that of a sheet of tinfoil. Will not purchase Bosch again.
