Great question! Bosch dishwashers are designed to be hooked up to a hot water line. For optimal results, we recommend your home’s water heater be set to deliver water to the dishwasher at approximately 120°F (49°C). While there is an internal heating element to increase the temperature during the cycle, starting with hot water helps ensure the best cleaning and drying performance.
