• Yes, it does come out. It is hooked to the lower rank. Just lean it forward and it will come out. I have not figured out a way to move it. I hope this helps.

• Hi Wags81, thank you for your question. The Silverware Holder does remove easily and can be moved around on the lower rack on Model:SHEM78Z55N. This model also has our flexible third rack which gives you additional room for silverware and utiensils.
