• The controls are locate on the top of the door facing upward. There is a red indicator light that shines on the floor from the bottom of the lower right hand side of the door when the unit is running.

• Yes a red light shines on the floor while running. The controls are hidden on the top of the door. You can’t see them until you open it.

• The controls are on the top edge of the door. There is a red indicator light that shines on the floor below the lower right hand corner of the door when the dishwasher is running. You need the light because you can't hear the unit when it is running! :)

• The controls are on the top of the drawer. This unit does not have a light on the front.
