“I do not have electrical outlet on the wall behind dishwasher. My dishwasher that came wit the house is hard wire in with wire nuts. Can i Install Bosch Dishwasher without having outlet on the wall. Hard wire ???”

I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you have a GFCI breaker for this by itself. Code would be to have a GFCI outlet, which makes sense since you are dealing with water!
