It comes with a power cord that plugs into the dishwasher itself, but instead of a wall plug, it has a junction box they expect you to provide either direct electrical connection or wire your own plug into it.

It comes with a cord to hard wire it. If you need to plug it in, you need to buy a cord, which is about $20.
