• Hi help, thank you for your question. Model:SHPM78Z55N has our CrystalDry Option with the zeolite crystals which dry your dishes 60% better. The 500 Series with the AutoAir Option, which will allow the door to open when the interior cools to 118 degrees, is Model:SHPM65Z55N.

• No. The 500 series pops open. The 800 series uses crystals and dries perfectly. Tops of cups may be wet and back wall of dishwasher, but everything is dry
