“Did Bosch fix the lower rack issue? I purchased a Bosch about three years ago, and the bottom rack, when it is full slides off the runners and gets stuck. I have to lift it out, reset it on the rails, and try again; it is frustrating.”

this issue is not limited to the run in 2020 as suggested by a prior answer...we bought a Bosch in 2015 and have been fighting with the bottom rack issue for over two years...our dishes are heavy (Fiesta) and the wheels slip off the rim so easily, Infuriating. Bosch rates so high overall, but we'll never buy another one.

So far the only complaints would be that it comes with an extremely small silverware rack - laughably small as a matter of fact and that when there are tall dishes in the bottom rack it is difficult (sometimes impossible) to pull out the middle rack completely because of the way the water sprayer/connection runs to the middle rack.
