“Does a product like "Finish" need to be added when unit is being used in a hard water system”

• Hi Sailor, thanks for your question. In areas were you experience hard water we recommend using either a home water softening system, or an appliance with a built-in water softening system, and the appropriate softening salt. Unfortunately the SHP78CM5N does not feature such a system built in.

• mine didn't clean or dry. I added finish even though i never used that in my life. STILL didn't clean or dry.
