I have a HF18046UC gas slide in stove in an island. Does not slide back far enough. There seem to be stops on each side to stop it. I have a gap between my countertop and stove. Any suggestions? How do you clean the streaks on the stovetop. nothing works null

You can use a little baby oil or WD40 to help with steaks on stainless.
