Dawn soap and water in the sink, rinse, dry. Use 409 and a sponge to get up most of the oil droplets. The knobs come off pulling straight up. DO NOT USE OVEN CLEANER. Do not put items into dishwasher. Accept some staining - it shows experienced cook vs. showroom. No regulator required for natural gas.
