Does this unit require ventilation to the back if installed in the exact cutout space? I can't tell if the cooling air for the compressor can come from the front when installed. null

Hi Bill, thank you for your question and interest in Model:B36CL80ENS. Required cutout size
(H x W x D) (in.) 72" x 36" x 25". The cutout depth of 25" includes the required 1" airflow. The electrical covers on the back of unit do not require additional depth.

I'm not an engineer, but when ours was installed, we were told to keep the external ventilation clear of dust and dog fur. There was no indication from installers that air comes from front. BTW, we returned ours - bizarre engineering and design throghout.
