How much space do I need on either side of the French doors to be able to fully open them? I have a 42” wide space to put this fridge and am worried I won’t be able to open the French doors all the way. null

We never really fully open it, and that isn't a problem. But to open all the way, we have a total of a 2 1/2" gap between the fridge and the sides. You really don't need very much room to access the entire fridge easily.

You will be OK with space 42" wide. Ours is 41" - see photo. The fridge is great, we bought it 2 weeks ago.
