“Does this gas oven do DELAYED START and END TIME? I can't find anything on the front that mentions this. If not, I'm pretty disappointed -- just assumed a $2,000+ oven would have everything. Thanks in advance for your answer(s)!”

No it doesn't. I assumed an oven this expensive would have this feature too. My old 600$ GE did. A very expensive mistake

Model:HGI8056UC has the following cooking modes: Bake, Variable Broil (hi & low), Roast, Warm, Proof Dough, Convection Bake, Convection Roast, Convection Conversion, Pizza, Sabbath. The maximum heating time is limited. If you forget to turn off the oven, it turns off automatically after a set period of time. The maximum time for Sabbath mode is 74 hours; for all other cooking modes the maximum allowed time is 24 hours.
