Great dishwasher! The Bosch ships with a paper template with mounting hole and clip positioning. Unlikely that the Best Buy installers would take the time to figure this out, they are used to quick plumbing hookups, not careful carpentry. Plan on hiring someone to install the panel, takes at least an hour to do it right (pre-drill for screws). You can still use the dishwasher without the panel attached.
