“Where is a video of the door latching - without background music or someone talking. We need to know how loud the latch is when the door closes. We just installed the LG 42 db unit and the door closure is LOUD. Useless to purchase quiet unit!”

• Not at all. The Bosch Benchmark 24" closes with a light click. Just a slight push.

• Not sure I understand your question. It's a latch, so it makes a click sound so you know it's closed.
