My 300 unit came with a power cord that plugs into a standard 110v home socket. I did not have a use for the junction box.

the bosch uses a power plug that’s a bit unique. perhaps you would get a more accurate answer if you told us what kind of power plug your current Kenmore dishwasher uses.

Bosch includes a power cord with their dishwashers, I also bought a new installation kit for around $30 that included a different type of cord and fittings, just in case and didn't end up needing it. Mine is wired directly, instead of having a plug, I would imagine that an older Kenmore would be the same.
