• If the smart TV has a 3.5 mm auxiliary audio output - or "headphone jack" - you'll be able to connect the Companion 2 III speakers to the TV. This system, however, isn't designed specifically to be used with TV systems. We recommend the Solo 5 TV speakers, Soundbar 500, or Soundbar 700 for TV applications.

• If their tv has a headphone jack it will work. I have mine hooked to headphone jack off my Roku remote. I like the speakers on my bedside tables.
