• Yes, but they do not have Bluetooth. So only via 3.5mm audio jack

• If your speakers have a mini-jack and your notebook has the port for a headset, then it should work.

• You can use them with your notebook as long as you have a 3.5mm jack for the speakers to plug into. I will also say the provided cable for audio is very short so you may want to invest in a longer phono cable.

• I'm using them without any problem on my HP Elitebook 840 g2. The sound from the Bose speakers is a lot fuller and even has bass compared to the HP built in speakers, though that shouldn't be a surprise.
