If they’re connected according to instructions, using the cables and plugs supplied you should be getting full stereo. Be sure all plugs are fully inserted. If still no stereo, plug your earphones into the computer to see if you have the same issue.. If so, there’s a problem with the computer...

The Companion 2 Series III Multimedia Speaker System left speaker has a permanently attached cable that plugs into the top connection on the back of the right speaker. This connection is labeled, "TO LEFT SPEAKER." If you are not getting stereo sound, try removing and firmly re-seating the audio cable into your laptop's stereo output (headphone jack).
