• I use the beats equalizer system that came on my laptop. Works great.

• There are no equalization settings on board this set of speakers. Any tone adjustments of this type would need to be applied through your software, such as through the Equalizer in iTunes. Hope this Helps!

• your sound device has an eq..so does all the media players
