• Absolutely! I've used them in the normal setting and laying down. Can't hear any difference in sound quality.

• Hello! The intended orientation for these speakers is to stand upright. Whilst turning these speakers on their side will still allow the speakers to play, the sound experience may be slightly different. We hope this answers the question!
