• Yes. No sound is an option, but I found the sound isolation not very high and the ambient noise from the sound, even at lower volumes, helped mask sound infinitely better.

However, you can physically block out some noise when wearing the buds without any sound playing. You can absolutely set an alarm to go off within the sleepbuds, without the need to play any sounds during the night. Alarms can be set up using the free Bose Sleep app. We hope this helps!
