• Acoustic Noise Cancelling and Aware mode will work regardless of what type of phone the QC20s are plugged into. The inline microphone and three-button remote of the QC20 headphones are designed for use with either select Apple products or select Samsung Galaxy Smartphones. Other functionality may be limited, as follows: basic audio playback and answer/end will function normally, but additional track, volume and voice controls will not function

• I don't think so. My box specifically said for iPhone. I would contact Bose to see if they make one for Android.
