It does. The version that matches your devise allows you to control the volume, play/pause, etc from the little control on the headphones. If you have the incompatible device, you can still hear the music and the noise cancelling works, you just can't use the control on the cord to adjust volume and such.

Please try again later.Hello Jamu, our QC20 noise cancelling headphones are produced in two variants, both the Samsung (http://bose.life/23HpZj3) and Apple (http://bose.life/1Q5GsRj) versions will work for audio with the majority of devices with a headphone jack. We'd recommend choosing the variant to match your primary listening device, the inline remote/microphone assembly will allow for playback controls as well as answering phone calls from your device. Thank you for the inquiry!
