I believe it does come with a 1 year warranty. The info should be in the manual that it came with. You would have to mail it in along with the original receipt.

Please try again later.Can't answer where to get it fixed (except to call Bose), but if you purchased the Best Buy warranty they are really good about replacing the item if they can't fix it. I had issues with my first Q15 headphones during the warranty period and they replaced mine without question.
