• Hey Mama, Thanks for your question. Yes you can use the Noise Cancelling feature without a device however you will need power to do this.

• Yes. Sometimes when I want to drown out the noise the grand kids are making, I just turn them on and the kids disappear. Your head phones have to be charged.
