I’d say you would be able to operate these headphones easily with your thumbs, as long as you can hold your hand for pressure against the headset. I put them on my head with the buttons faced toward the back of my head and your thumbs are what are in position to move the switches. Great sounding headphones by the way! Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Lucky! One button is big and easy to hit. This can be set up for Alexa/Google Assistant OR to change the level of noise cancelling. The other button looks like this <+>==<->. The volume going up and down shouldn't be an issue with thumbs -- BUT pressing the middle bit is how you pause. That might be more difficult with a thumb instead of a finger. I just tried, and I was able to do it, but I've also owned these headphones for 2 months so I've got a feel for them. In case this helps, you can also control the headphones from the Bose app, which may be easier to navigate with thumbs.
