I wear the Bose QC 35 II both with and without my in-the-canal hearing aids. They are excellent either way and the noise reduction is the best of any model of Bose headset I have used all the way back to the original QC. My speech recognition is better when using the hearing aids with the headset but the volume is fine when adjusted for use with or without the hearing aids.
