The manual PDF is on their website, but why not download the app? You can customize the headphone name and, more importantly, control what devices are paired to the headphone. You can also adjust the level of noise cancellation. There are times when it's handy to turn it off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Both of my QC 35 II's came with an owners manual. If you did not get one with your purchase I would check with the seller. I have owned many QCs for more than 20 years and found Bose to have excellent customer service. I'm sure they would send you a manual. However, the app is so intuitive you likely would not need the manual anyway except for warranty information.
