• You don't give must detail on the 'Bose Comfort Device" or perhaps the actual product name is missing. However, Apple carries same thing as BB. There is no difference because both are authorized dealers.

• I'm not a technician but they say only for apple because the command won't respond on android's phone, that's what they explained to me.
