You can't use the APP on the PC do not buy as gaming headphones. They will give you no end to frustration on the hands free mode. The little boom mic that plugs in will also fail even if you are very careful with it. Assuming the lowest quality was taken for this mic. I did pay full retail for them and wish the unwired use would not pipe the sound from the mic into your ears.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, that is a cinch. You can, with the volume up or down buttons or even off your phone
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is not an option on this headset. Only volume that you can adjust is the audio coming in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no way to adjust the microphone sensitivity. One thing that may help your situation is to make sure you are running the latest version of the software for your headphones. You can do this by downloading the Bose Connect app on a mobile device you use the headphones with. If the manufacturer releases any updates that unlock this feature, it will come from that. I recently updated and now have an option to adjust the level of noise cancelling from the app.
