the quite comfort cancel noise very well, not sure the other one do it,

Please try again later.The 35's have active noise cancelling (a microphone counteracts some environmental noise) while the soundlink 2's have only passive cancelling (relies on physical characteristics to cancel noise, such as fitting snugly on your head to seal out noise)

This is great for noise environments as it blocks everything out except the music you're trying to enjoy. For normal home use the sound link headphones should be good.
