the quite comfort cancel noise very well, not sure the other one do it,

The Boise around the ear aren't truly noise cancelling like the quiet comfort.

The 35's have active noise cancelling (a microphone counteracts some environmental noise) while the soundlink 2's have only passive cancelling (relies on physical characteristics to cancel noise, such as fitting snugly on your head to seal out noise)

The quitecomfort 35 has active noise cancellation that blocks out all of the background sounds. This is great for noise environments as it blocks everything out except the music you're trying to enjoy. For normal home use the sound link headphones should be good.
