First, make sure the bluetooth is on the Bose headphone and on from the device your playing the music. Connect (Pair) both by reading the instructions on the manual. If that doesn't work then try connecting the Bose headphone wired to the device your playing the music from. If you get no sound from either one then read the trouble shooting guide on the manual. It could be a dead battery. If all fails then you may have a defective Bose heaphone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ya, try turning the Volume down lol. Are you sure you have the L on your Left ear and the R on your Right ear? If you put them on backwards they don't fit snug and sound could be leaking out. Other than the possibility of your wife's ears being Bluetooth I can't think of a reason she'd be hearing what your playing on your headphones. Another suggestion could be to get her a pair, with the Bose App you can have 2 sets of headphones connected to the same source, who knows maybe she'll stop complaining if she can hear the music better.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn down the volume. When I can hear my son's music it is because he's playing it too loud. If you want to block ambient noise get the kind that cover you ear completely.
