Using the bluetooth switch, you slide it to the bluetooth image holding it until you hear that the device is ready to pair. as you would with your iphone, you would then look for the device with your ipad. once you see it in your bluetooth menu, select it, and it should be paired to your ipad. TIp: you could cycle through your devices by using the bluetooth switch. by sliding the bluetooth switch to the right once per device that you have connected. also there is a limit to how many devices you can have connected to your Bose headphones.
