It means certain frequencies (or tones ... Low sounds/high sounds) won't drop off when you lower the volume. Every frequency level reacts different at different power/volume level ... So if you don't have EQ balanced high volume will sound bad because certain sounds will be too high and wash out the others. Same for low volume. You need power to be individually set for as many frequency level as you can sample for the best sound quality. Apparently these do EQ built in for you so all you have to do is the volume and it knows how to shift the power to each frequency. (The long answer)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It means it self adjusts to the volume As in music measures all balance and stay where they should be no matter what volume you listen to. Where other begin to cancel out highs and lows as the volume decreases
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These headphones are excellent. Volume and balance are great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A lot of headphones get "boomy" at higher volumes. With the bose they don't seem to do that. Just great sound no matter what volume you listen it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Their "Volume-optimized EQ" is just a fancy way of saying your music sounds the same at all levels of volume :)
